Pro Sport Admin was founded by Dylan Acheson to help Canadian nonprofit organizations strengthen their operations, develop sustainable funding, and build the capacity to deliver their programs.
As Director of Soccer Development with Vancouver Whitecaps FC, Dylan led the operational and financial management of the club's user-pay youth soccer department. His responsibilities included strategic planning, budget management and reconciliation, relationships with partner associations, and staff management across youth programming.
During his time with the Whitecaps, Dylan oversaw the expansion of academy partnerships from six to sixteen associations. He introduced standardized operating procedures, staff training, and reporting tools that reduced administrative time by approximately 40%, helping the department manage a growing network of programs.
Through High Octane Sports Management, Dylan secured $550,000 in grant funding for partner organizations over two years and established longer-term grant strategies to support their funding priorities.
His experience also spans community club programming, coaching, referee leadership, nonprofit board service, and communications. As founder of Rain City Apparel Ltd., he brings additional experience operating a business serving grassroots sports organizations, schools, and businesses.
